The role leads change impact assessments, workshops, readiness plans, user journeys, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefit realisation for a business-unit deployment within the Ad Astra programme. It requires experience delivering business change in large-scale technology transformation programmes, knowledge of Finance processes, and strong stakeholder management skills; Financial Planning & Analysis experience is desirable. The position offers hybrid and flexible working, pays circa £65,000 depending on experience, and had a closing date of 9 October 2026.
