Crusoe is hiring a Change Manager to lead the people side of workplace, real estate, manufacturing, and data center transformations. The role partners with workplace teams and cross-functional stakeholders to assess change impacts, develop readiness and communication strategies, align leaders, manage resistance, deliver training, and track adoption metrics. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience in change management, organizational development, human resources, or project management, along with stakeholder influence, communication, and workplace-change experience. The position includes 10% domestic and international travel and offers compensation of up to $130,000-$160,000 plus bonus, restricted stock units, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
