Airbus is hiring a full-time Change Manager (m/w/d) for its Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel site. The role manages stakeholders, change impact analyses, business cases, communication, governance, resistance, and sustainable change adoption across projects, while advising stream leads, project teams, and the Satair Leadership Team. Candidates need a completed degree in psychology, communication studies, or business administration, at least three years of change management experience, at least two years of PR or communication management experience, strong PowerPoint, Lean, and project management knowledge, and business-fluent English. German and French skills are advantageous, and the role may require 1–8 business trips per year.
