Inetum is hiring a Change Management Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives by developing change projects, promoting adoption, building capabilities, and engaging stakeholders. The role covers diagnostic analyses, ADKAR-aligned change plans, communication and training, stakeholder mapping, workshops, user training, go-live Hypercare, and continuous alignment with project sponsors and impacted teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 2–3 years of consulting experience in change management, SAP implementation or migration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, workshop and training experience, and English fluency; Prosci certification and project management knowledge are advantageous.
