Proximus NXT is hiring a Change Manager to oversee the end-to-end change process for its business-critical IT infrastructure. The role coordinates engineering, service management, suppliers, and stakeholders; manages change risks and impacts; chairs CAB and ECAB meetings; ensures compliance with ITSM and ISO27001 standards; and drives process and tooling improvements. The position is full-time, based in Utrecht, and offers a salary commensurate with experience, a bonus scheme, health insurance participation, pension, vacation, training, and working-from-home support.
