The partner civil engineering company is hiring a Change Manager / Claim Manager in Munich to support operational departments during tendering and construction execution, analyze opportunities and risks, prepare site documentation and disruption schedules, and manage change orders, contractual documents, change proposals, and negotiations. The role requires a civil engineering or business engineering degree, several years of project and change-management and contract-law experience, knowledge of VOB and BGB, and strong iTWO skills.
