Description
The Change Manager, Ecosystem Effectiveness supports the design, delivery, and adoption of strategic ecosystem initiatives and transformation programs. The role develops stakeholder engagement and adoption plans, manages cross-functional and external relationships, designs behavioral-change interventions, coordinates program execution, and tracks adoption and organizational-health metrics. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least six years of relevant experience, and experience in matrixed organizations; a master's degree or change-management certification is preferred. The position does not support visa sponsorship and offers a US base salary of USD 108,160 to USD 148,720 plus variable pay and benefits.
