The employer is hiring a Change Order Manager / Claim Manager to support civil-engineering projects from tender through execution. The role covers construction-contract topics, site documentation, disruption schedules, change-order preparation and negotiation, and enforcement or defense of change orders. Candidates need a civil or business engineering degree, several years of project and change-order management experience, knowledge of VOB and BGB, and strong iTWO skills.
