Philips is looking for a Master's student intern to join their Change Program & Capability Support team. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of training materials for supply chain areas, coordinating training deployments, managing a knowledge repository, tracking participant data and feedback, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, with some preference given to those who have experience in training, instructional design, or LMS.
