Description
The Change Release Manager (Technical Release) will support change creation, coordination, closure, and reporting for Substation enhancements. Responsibilities include facilitating change management processes and automation, managing RFCs, coordinating approved change tools and technical approvals, assessing change impact and conflicts, tracking and auditing changes, responding to inquiries, managing stakeholder expectations, preparing status reports, reporting release management status, meeting service-level agreements, and collaborating with change and release teams on process enhancements, tools, metrics, and reports.
