HARMAN is hiring a Change, Training, & Adoption Specialist (P3) in Novi, Michigan, to drive enterprise adoption of AI capabilities through change management, learning programs, stakeholder engagement, adoption frameworks, readiness measurement, and analytics. The role partners with business, technology, HR, learning, communications, and AI teams to build training pathways, AI Buddy standards, dashboards, and interventions that improve organizational readiness and behavioral change. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, with 20% travel and availability to work in the Novi or Sunnyvale offices at least three days per week. The salary range is $90,750 to $133,100, with medical, dental, vision, wellness, training, and other benefits.
