WestCX, part of West and serving the TeleVox healthcare communications business, is hiring a Channel Development Manager to establish and grow healthcare-industry channel partnerships for AI-driven healthcare IT platforms. The role focuses on recruiting resellers, referral partners, and system integrators; developing channel sales strategies; collaborating on sales collateral and campaigns; analyzing healthcare IT markets; managing partner pipelines and forecasting; and delivering executive presentations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of channel sales experience in healthcare IT or related industries, strong healthcare IT knowledge, communication and presentation skills, CRM familiarity, sales-target success, and willingness to travel.
