Description

Cohesity, a leading provider of AI-powered data security and management solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and revenue-focused Channel Director. The successful candidate will lead Americas partner sales execution, channel development, and business planning, aiming to drive substantial partner-sourced growth. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including Sales Leadership, Global Partner Programs, Channel Operations, Marketing, and Enablement, to create a robust and effective channel strategy.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years in enterprise technology, with at least 7+ years in channel leadership roles at scaled enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data protection, or platform software companies.
Proven track record growing partner-sourced pipeline and bookings at scale.
Deep, active relationships across the Americas channel ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage, cloud infrastructure, or security is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
