Description

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) is seeking a versatile and growth-minded Channel Marketing Specialist to join their Digital & Social Media team. This role involves leading the planning and execution of the AAFP podcast channel and other emerging channels, supporting existing marketing channels, and collaborating with colleagues. The specialist should understand marketing strategy and omnichannel digital marketing, be highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-4 years of experience coordinating, producing and promoting podcasts and/or webinars.
2-4 years of experience analyzing and reporting on performance data across channels, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement and using data-driven insights to drive actionable growth.
2-4 years of experience supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and other channels in collaboration with channel marketing teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content creators, writers, designers, and/or channel strategies, to produce cohesive marketing efforts and maximize impact across channels.
Proven experience in podcast production and marketing is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ work experience
