Hong Leong Bank is hiring a finance professional to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Channel P&L reporting and analytics. The role partners with business channel heads, regional consumer and group management (RCGM), and Finance teams to deliver financial insights, regional profitability analysis, improved forecasting accuracy, management reporting, budgeting and strategic planning support, profitability recommendations, data quality and governance, reporting automation, and finance transformation. Candidates need a degree in Accounting and Finance or a professional accounting degree, 3–5 years of Finance or Audit experience in financial services or a similarly dynamic environment, and strong accounting, financial analysis, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
