Part-time chaplain role serving company employees and their immediate families in South Central Wisconsin. The chaplain makes regular site visits, provides confidential pastoral support, assists with funerals, crisis response, and referrals, participates in orientations, and supports employee care services in a remote field-based setting. The role requires Christian faith commitments, strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a background check.
