MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain in Wanaque, New Jersey to provide frontline Christian ministry and employee care services for company employees and their immediate families. The role involves weekly workplace visits, pastoral conversations, crisis and grief support, referrals, funeral and jail visits when needed, support during serious illness or traumatic events, and participation in employee orientation and other approved services. Candidates must be spiritually mature, able to work in interfaith and interdisciplinary settings, communicate effectively, use common office software, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and hold a valid driver’s license with required auto insurance.
