MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to fulfill the mission and Christian ministry of the organization. The Chaplain will serve as a messenger and conveyer of faith, interacting with company employees and their families to build relationships and offer spiritual guidance. This includes making regular visits to worksites, providing pastoral discussions, assisting with funerals, offering post-termination care, and facilitating spiritual enrichment activities. The Chaplain must possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate spiritual maturity, and adhere to Christian values.
