Description
MCHAP is hiring part-time chaplains in Three Rivers, Michigan to serve company employees and their families through field-based ministry, pastoral support, crisis response, relationship-building, funeral and jail visits, orientation support, and referrals. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, Christian faith commitment and maturity, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in interfaith, sensitive, and stressful environments. Work is remote in the field with variable hours based on chaplain availability and client needs, and candidates must pass a background check.
