Description
VHS Hospice is hiring a Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual care to hospice patients, families, and staff during illness, terminal care, grief, and end-of-life experiences. The role includes spiritual counseling, bereavement follow-up, interdisciplinary care coordination, clergy and community collaboration, memorial support, and timely documentation. A bachelor's degree in Religious Studies or a related field, a master's degree in Theology, Divinity, or Pastoral Studies, four units of Clinical Pastoral Education, relevant state certification, and a valid driver's license are required or preferred.
