Description
MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to fulfill their mission and Christian ministry by serving company employees and their families. The Chaplain will engage in regular site visits, offer pastoral counseling, assist with funeral arrangements, and provide support during times of crisis such as illness, loss, or financial difficulties. This role involves interacting with diverse individuals in an interfaith setting, requiring strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
