Description
MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain in Hialeah, Florida to serve as frontline ministry staff supporting company employees and their immediate families through regular workplace visits, pastoral care, crisis support, funerals, and other employee care services. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills, Christian ministry commitment, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to work in diverse and often sensitive environments; it is a remote field position with variable hours and no guaranteed minimum hours.
