CoreCivic is hiring a Chaplain for its secure institutional facility to coordinate religious services and programs, provide pastoral care and counseling to inmates/residents and staff, handle emergency or crisis messages, make rounds through housing and medical units, and oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling. The role requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in Divinity, Theology, or Religion, three years of full-time pastoral experience, denominational endorsement or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's license; a master's degree and Clinical Pastoral Education are preferred.
