Moments Hospice is hiring an on-the-road Chaplain to provide spiritual assessments, individualized care plans, direct spiritual care, and interdisciplinary collaboration for patients and families navigating end-of-life journeys. The role also involves coordinating with community clergy, maintaining care records, participating in quality improvement, and recruiting and supervising spiritual care volunteers. Applicants need a master's degree in divinity or equivalent theological degree, experience with death and dying, interfaith comfort, teamwork and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and valid auto insurance; hospice experience is preferred.
