Sanford Health is hiring a hospital chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and healthcare groups during illness, injury, crisis, and emergency situations. The role includes spiritual care, worship and ritual services, education, interdisciplinary collaboration, community outreach, mentorship, and leadership as needed. It requires a master’s degree or higher, three Clinical Pastoral Education units, ordination or commissioning, and one of several chaplaincy experience or certification pathways.
