Westminster Communities of Florida is hiring a Chaplain for its Westminster Canterbury community in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role provides compassionate, non-proselytizing spiritual care and pastoral counseling to residents, families, and team members; visits residents during illness, hospitalization, transition, grief, and end-of-life needs; leads inclusive chapel gatherings and spiritual programs; supports memorial and bereavement services; and serves as an ecumenical and interfaith liaison. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in religious studies or equivalent, ordination and current good standing in a recognized denomination, at least three years of parish or equivalent ministerial experience, and experience working with older adults in ecumenical or interfaith ministry contexts.
