Description
MCHAP is hiring Chaplains to serve as frontline ministry staff providing faith-based support, pastoral care, and crisis response to company employees and their families in a field-based remote role. The position involves regular worksite visits, confidential counseling, bereavement and hospital visits, coordination of referrals and resources, participation in orientations, and occasional support for emergencies and other sensitive situations, while requiring strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, computer, and Christian faith commitments.
