Description

MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to fulfill the mission and Christian ministry of the organization. The Chaplain will serve as a messenger and conveyer of faith, interacting with company employees and their families to build relationships and offer spiritual guidance. This includes making weekly visits to worksites, providing pastoral discussions, assisting with funerals, offering post-termination care, and facilitating spiritual enrichment activities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, spiritual maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
