MCHAP is seeking a part-time Chaplain in Ardmore, Oklahoma to serve employees and their immediate families through faith-based ministry, pastoral support, crisis response, and relationship-building visits at client worksites and care settings. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, and documentation skills, comfort working in interfaith and stressful environments, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and a commitment to Christian values. The position is remote in the field with variable hours depending on chaplain availability and client needs.
