MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to fulfill the mission and Christian ministry of serving company employees and their families. The Chaplain will engage in regular site visits, offer pastoral counseling, assist with funeral arrangements, and provide support during times of crisis such as illness, loss, or termination. This role involves interacting with diverse individuals in various settings, requiring strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
