Description
The Chaplain serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team, providing pastoral care and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, staff, and volunteers. The role requires ordination or commissioning for pastoral ministry, good standing with a faith body, a bachelor's degree, a Master's of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree, and clinical pastoral education or equivalent experience. Five years of pastoral experience is preferred, including two years in a clinical setting, along with knowledge of spiritual dynamics related to illness, loss, and death.
