Description
The Chaplain provides spiritual and empathic care to patients and families, initiating, developing, deepening, and closing those relationships. This is a PRN role scheduled from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and requires travel between Newark, Columbus, and surrounding areas. Applicants must hold a Master of Divinity or equivalent in Theology, be ordained or commissioned by a recognized faith group, meet specified professional certification requirements, have completed Clinical Pastoral Education, and possess three years of current active pastoral ministry or chaplaincy experience. The role also requires computer documentation skills, daytime driving ability, a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and state minimum automobile insurance coverage.
