Description
The Clinical Pastoral Education Residency Program hires a chaplain to provide spiritual care to patients, families, and staff across inpatient and outpatient service lines. The role includes attending CPE seminars, maintaining clinical records, participating in interdisciplinary rounds, administering an on-call program, and supporting orientation and applicant interviews. Residents receive a stipend and health and other benefits from WellSpan Health and must complete one unit of ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education upon hire.
