Description
The Chaplaincy Coordinator reports to the Chief Compliance & Quality Officer and coordinates religious services, programs, volunteer chaplains, and spiritual support for Agape’s clients and staff. Responsibilities include overseeing volunteer chaplains, maintaining volunteer contact information, leading Bible studies and staff devotions, coordinating Sunday services, building church partnerships, communicating concerns about emotional stability, and researching faith-based community resources. The role requires Christian faith, proper Gospel-sharing training and experience, and the ability to represent Agape’s mission.
