Description
BCG is hiring a Chapter Lead & Manager – Data Engineering to lead the Data Engineering and Data Ingestion function for its LEAP Learning Functional Data product. Reporting to the Technical Team Lead, the role manages 5–10 external Data Engineers and Data Ingestion Engineers, establishes data engineering standards, designs scalable pipelines and ingestion frameworks, partners with QA and Business Analysis teams, and contributes hands-on design, development, and code review. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of IT experience focused on data engineering, and experience leading engineering teams, cloud data platforms, SQL/ETL, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
