EXO ARNVIND is hiring a Chapter Lead for Large Language Models and Agentic AI to lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and researchers in Amsterdam. The role combines strategic AI leadership with hands-on development and deployment of LLM and agentic solutions, including talent management, cross-functional collaboration, project delivery, capacity planning, and guidance on emerging AI technologies. The position requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, proven AI leadership experience, and expertise in LLMs, generative AI, natural language processing, and agentic systems. It is based in Amsterdam and offers a hybrid work model.
