Characterization Engineer at Kandou AI

Kandou is hiring a Characterization Engineer for its laboratory in Lausanne, Switzerland. The role leads end-to-end characterization of high-speed SerDes systems operating above 20 Gbaud, including jitter, eye-diagram, BER, margin, transmitter and receiver, S-parameter, TDR, and insertion-loss measurements. The engineer will collaborate with IP, digital, and analog design teams, document test procedures, and develop Python-based test automation. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, silicon characterization and PVT testing experience, laboratory instrumentation experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent background.
