The Avenue at Brooklyn is seeking compassionate and skilled Charge Nurses to deliver direct patient care in a hotel-like facility. Responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring resident conditions, assisting with admissions/discharges/transfers, supervising nursing assistants, participating in care planning, and responding to emergencies. The ideal candidate will have current LPN licensure, CPR certification, strong clinical and communication skills, and preferably one year of long-term care experience.
