Description
TriHealth is hiring a part-time Charge Nurse for the Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. The role provides direct and indirect nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, performs assessments and care planning, responds to emergency situations, coordinates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, delegates care as appropriate, and supports staff education. The position is scheduled for 24 hours per week on nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., is on-site, and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus and shift incentives.
