Description
The RN Charge provides direct nursing care to patients across the infant-to-geriatric spectrum, manages all nursing responsibilities during the 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shift, delegates and supervises support staff, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. The role requires an associate degree in Nursing, an RN license, CPR, and two years of RN experience in a specialty area; a bachelor's degree, ACLS, and PALS are preferred.
