Description
Signifyd is hiring a Chargeback Investigations Specialist to manage chargeback files across multiple payment processors, analyze and investigate credit card disputes, determine liability, recover funds, process merchant reimbursement requests, support merchant onboarding and account compliance, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Finance. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, at least two years of relevant chargeback, fraud prevention, or payment operations experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and advanced knowledge of card network regulations.
