The Chargeflow Alert Analyst manages and resolves alert transactions in a Payment Service Provider system, including locating transactions, issuing refunds, canceling subscriptions, documenting chargebacks and other transaction events, communicating with merchants, and improving alert-management processes. The role requires English proficiency, chargeback experience, Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, strong attention to detail and analytical skills, adaptability to a shifting schedule, and a personal computer with reliable internet connectivity.
