Description
The Charging System Integration Lead owns the complete charging system across Plug-In Hybrid vehicle projects, including specification, integration, validation, release approval, technical governance, and readiness. The role leads charging-related hardware, software, and EE architecture functions, serves as the Module Group Speaker for HV Components, and coordinates with vehicle, powertrain, purchasing, quality, production, and global engineering organizations. Responsibilities include driving technical decisions, managing project deliverables, ensuring maturity and industrialization readiness, and shaping future charging technologies and strategies.
