Description

1GLOBAL is hiring an experienced Charging Team Lead to own and evolve online and offline charging capabilities. The role leads the charging engineering team, translates business needs into technical designs, owns charging-domain architecture and delivery, and ensures accurate real-time rating, mediation, billing integrations, network connectivity, observability, security, and platform stability. The position requires technical leadership, telecom charging expertise, Diameter and network integration knowledge, DevOps and containerization experience, and fluent English.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Technical leadership and people management experience in a team lead, engineering lead, or similar role
Hands-on expertise in real-time rating, online charging, offline charging mediation, and telecom or subscription-based billing flows
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
Experience with Optiva or Oracle charging products
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Optiva or Oracle charging products
