Description
The New Construction Security Installation Technician installs residential security systems, performs customer needs analysis and system configuration, connects systems to central monitoring, demonstrates functionality, handles billing and payroll paperwork, and provides customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong sales and customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, safety commitment, and weekend flexibility; electronics, electrical, HVAC, alarm-system, cable, telecom, or low-voltage experience is a plus.
