Description
CPI is hiring a Residential Upgrade Technician to service and upgrade residential security systems for current customers. The role involves configuring and activating systems, performing home walkthroughs, identifying up-selling opportunities, connecting systems to central monitoring, providing customer demonstrations, handling billing and payroll paperwork, maintaining safety and equipment, and delivering strong customer service.
