Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Charter Sales Executive to sell private jet charter services to high-value clients. The role manages inbound charter inquiries, converts them into confirmed bookings, builds long-term client relationships, coordinates flight options and pricing, maintains CRM records, and supports an on-call rotational schedule. Candidates need sales, business development, or client-facing experience, strong English communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, and comfort working independently remotely.
