Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Charter Sales Executive for a private aviation client, with Eastern Standard Time working hours. The role manages and converts sales leads, builds client relationships, delivers service from inquiry through post-flight follow-up, communicates across multiple channels, maintains CRM records, and supports rotating 24/7 coverage. Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, on-call flexibility, and familiarity with communication tools and CRM software; private aviation, Part 135, Avinode, cryptocurrency, and private jet knowledge are preferred.
