Description
The Chartered Building Surveyor will prepare planning and building regulations applications, tender specifications and reports, party wall advice, project and condition surveys, energy performance certificates, contract administration, site inspections, defect diagnosis, and remedial-work reports. The role requires MRICS qualification, extensive construction and contract-administration experience, site inspection expertise, and knowledge of health and safety, CDM, and fire safety standards.
