BakerHicks is hiring a Chartered Principal Structural Engineer to lead delivery of complex building structures across major multidisciplinary projects. The role involves technical leadership across structural design teams, overseeing design from concept through detailed design and delivery, managing project teams and budgets, supporting tenders and technical scopes, and driving innovation, sustainability, and buildable solutions. The position is based in Warwick or Bristol and requires Chartered Engineer status, strong UK structural code knowledge, experience leading structural design teams, high proficiency with structural analysis tools, and eligibility for UK security clearance.
